      since it has grown leaps and bounds in the last 3-4 years and the company going into full Cost cutting mode, the chances of getting promotions are tough.

      Work life balance is good for the most part.

      Everyone in upper management (including our CEO) has come from JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs while employees who have worked at BNY for 20+ years are not being chosen for promotion opportunities. Looking to juniorize the company yet give zero training and support for analysts starting out. The culture has completely changed over the last few years, looks like a different company.
