- raises - TRASH -1.2 to 2.8% yearly...wow. what is inflation? 8% 2022, 4.7% 2021...but thanks for the 1-2% clowns - dumped bonuses right before covid - higher ups want 3 days a week and may come in once, there are a couple who just up and moved to other states and never show up, but are still managers making you go in office - dont care about the people doing the actual work. if you are not in "the chosen ones" dont ever plan on a promotion. Those are with good raises and a bonus- non existent
