Despite not paying its employees enough to live near its offices, despite not offering commute refunds, paid lunches, or childcare to its employees, BNY has, over the last couple of months, steeply increased mandatory in office days and begun strictly surveilling employees to ensure compliance at the expense of their performance reviews (which impact early compensation), despite all success metrics being met when employees were fully remote. They are inflexible and do not care about their employees —that some spend 2 hours commuting a day, that some have children, or that some need accommodations. Do not work here.
