Terrible company to work for - Recensione dipendente - Reconciliation Analyst presso BNY

Terrible Raises and Compensation. Outsourcing is bringing this company down resulting in dissatisfied clients. Employee retention is very Low, Supervisors and Managers rarely interact with employees. They have a Platform called PEAKON to rate supervisors and the supervisors pressure you to rate them a 10 in all categories so they can receive acceptable compensation but when it come to them reviewing you they dont give you the same courtesy. Raises this year were around 1 %. What a joke !!! It seems like someone is quitting every week. They pride themselves on work life balance but it is nonexistent. If you have a choice do not work here but if you must get some experience then fly out of there as soon as you can.
