- Poor Communication, frequently has issue with conflicting instruction or even miscommunication for certain things. - The company does not honor its promised commission structure. Even after successfully meeting defined milestones and completing projects, management moves the goalposts to avoid payout. - Micromanagement & Lack of Growth: The workplace culture is heavily micro-managed, offering very little room for professional growth or career progression. - Biased Leadership: The Boss exhibits strong favoritism and bias toward employees of their own nationality, creating an unequal and unfair working environment. Fyi its mentally challenged to even communicate with them with basic logical reasoning. This company also like to play with legal law system, For example they will ask us to take another company legal documents and remove the logo and replace with bocom logo instead and claim as this legal document is theirs without permission from other companies

Company still expanding, the current office might not be able to fit in too many people
