Lack of engagement and mentorship from management Lack of diversity (racial and ideological) in most departments Not many young people Lack of office culture on some floors Very strict office policies that don't often make sense (strict dress code for back-office employees, no ability to WFH, no flexibility in start/end time) Lack of opportunities for advancement Unclear expectations regarding career development and advancement Pretty bad health insurance If you're young, looking to grow in your career, and want to work in a fast-paced environment, I would not recommend BOKF.
