- too many leaders who have no expertise in the thing they lead - org is rife with dysfunctional people, especially in leadership - toxic workplace - fake diversity and inclusion practice (of, get ready for it - aging, straight, white, evangelical men) - technology is at least 12 years behind - retirement holding-pen for inept and emotionally-stunted men - leaders (even executive level) who say things like “I have reservations about working with this person because of…” (being gay, POC - anything that’s not straight, white, conservative) - leaders who bring up Jesus in business meetings - the young people they have in their ACT program have so little experience that they’re not capable of making any real difference
