      Family-like culture, okay-pay, decent benefits, stable job.

      Management and Leadership state they want to retain talent, but because of the size of the company, not sure they are able to compete with other companies to retain said talent. Also, areas of the company seem siloed from each other. Everyone seems to be getting overworked due to growth and no add to staff and no raises for current employees.

We encourage you to speak with your manager directly so that they may address this with you and partner with you to come up with a plan for your development.
