CONS: - The job title is untrue. You will basically be a cold call phone salesperson - Management is often not in the office due to (nonexistent) "meetings" - Unrealistic goals and expectations with little adaptation from management when given feedback - Little to no guidance/training for the job position you are given You are expected to sell marketing packages to random local businesses in the area through cold calling. You basically have to lie to potential clients about the company's capabilities. Once a local business agrees to sign a contract and have you be their marketing person, you're soley responsible to figure out how to handle their marketing with little to no guidance from management. Lastly, the pay is very low (practically minimum) and the commission doesn't add up.
