One month after graduating from college, I started working at BOLD as a full-time junior design intern. On my very first day in the office, I knew that I was going to love everything about working at BOLD, including the fierce passion that every employee had for sports. Everyone was so welcoming, the environment was extremely positive, and I felt like I fit right in with the team. One of the best things about working at BOLD is that you get to wear multiple hats and learn about areas of the business that are outside of your own role. This gives every employee the opportunity to be well-rounded and to grow immensely. Whether you are an intern or a full-time employee, your ideas, creativity, passion, and voice are highly encouraged and valued. As a graphic designer, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for a large range of clients. The experience has been awesome and I have been able to see personal growth with the transition from an intern to a full-time employee. I continue to see tremendous potential for growth in the future both personally and as an agency.
