Many of the staff are overworked and underpaid. Company cares more about saving labour costs at the expense of serious injury and opening new venues rather than maintaining existing ones. The head office is so poorly managed and the turnover of staff is so high. The company itself claims to have a “vibe” and a heavy emphasis on “positive culture” however all they care about is money. In venue, management will convince you to put a pause on whatever you have going on outside of work and make Bounce your number one priority just to throw it back into your face. Everyone that works there or has worked there has a horror story. It’s not a coincidence
