- Good pay masters - On time salary - Leaves -

- Stressful job - No job security ( one can be fired anytime, especially if you question your senior) - No growth - No appreciation - They pay high but once you are asked to leave you won't find any job - Tedious approval and internal process - Don't expect any good hike - People (that's the major challenge) - Disparity in pay packages - Favoritism I haven't gone through all of the above issue but have seen this on one or other instances. And would ask anyone joining here to consult a few people as "REPENTING" after joining won't help as you will be left with no choice.

Quality of work, client relations and ability to take decisions

Team is too old for the new thought process of the company, support sales staff is too slow and higher management involvement in these cases is not much.
