Toxic management team. Only way to advance is to outlast your peers (cutthroat). Not competitive. Below industry average benefit package. Most positions, even those with college degrees, are extremely underpaid. Fast growing company with small business mentality - very dangerous. Extremely high turnover rate, especially those in upper-management/ senior positions with experience and college education (red flag when educated and experienced professionals are consistently leaving and looking for better opportunities). Also, no parking and PTO is terrible - 2.5 hours every paycheck.
