They tend to be self-conscious about this so they overcompensate, micromanage, and instill fear into their staff so they won't speak up. Morale is incredibly low. Low-mid staff help to make up for it since they are generally talented and care about their work. But because of poor management, not just with harassment but also with mismanagement of funds and wasted time, there is high turnover with quality staff.
