The location is, as mentioned, beautiful but somewhat remote. Great if you live nearby, a pain if you dont. Management has struggled with rapid growth, but not for lack of trying - unlike many places I've worked during growth periods, the management team has tried very carefully to balance demands of an expanding company with the needs of employees. Really, the worst cons are location and a few rough edges. That's not bad.
