1. This is not a company, they treat you like a slave,
2, No Leaves, No Timing for Work, You are expected to come at 8:00 AM but have no fixed time to go home, sometimes people are leaving in the night at 11 PM.
3. It is run by a few unprofessional people including a CEO, with No Policy, and does not come under labor law.
4. They ask you to work on Saturday but never pay extra.
5. All the employees are threatened by a hierarchy of people if they ever go for new ideas or ask for anything.
6. Never join this company - They are living in a different world, and do not know what works and what does not work, they have been working in the market for 10+ years but have less than 10 clients, such a joke.
7. They make you cry when you leave the company, and will not provide you a relieving letter even if you served all the notice period.
8. They can fire you without notice in a day but ask you to serve 3 months of unwanted notice period.
