Read it carefully. 1. This is not a company, they treat you like a slave, 2, No Leaves, No Timing for Work, You are expected to come at 8:00 AM but have no fixed time to go home, sometimes people are leaving in the night at 11 PM. 3. It is run by a few unprofessional people including a CEO, with No Policy, and does not come under labor law. 4. They ask you to work on Saturday but never pay extra. 5. All the employees are threatened by a hierarchy of people if they ever go for new ideas or ask for anything. 6. Never join this company - They are living in a different world, and do not know what works and what does not work, they have been working in the market for 10+ years but have less than 10 clients, such a joke. 7. They make you cry when you leave the company, and will not provide you a relieving letter even if you served all the notice period. 8. They can fire you without notice in a day but ask you to serve 3 months of unwanted notice period.

Cons will hide pros. 1. U’ll need to provide 3 months prior notice before leaving your position, but company can fire you within a second without any prior notice. if your on notice period then you are totally boycotted. 2. To get a leave, u’ve to inform 1 month before. But management inform about your compoff(if any) one night before. 3. Policies get's changed on weekly basis, even management doesn't have clear idea about company policies. 4. your suggestions gets ignored if you are not favorite to them. 5. Manager will guide only selected developers regarding tasks not to whole team, and then try to compare performance of each employee with favorite one. 6. In this company, Task means rework,No new projects, No proper requirement details/documentation are provided. 7. Appraisal & growth are measured on the basis of management review & not on your project versatility and performance over projects. Even appraisal are done without review meeting as in you’re working in top class MNC. 8. Too much partiality, totally biased environment. 9. Some peoples are gets switched on management role (who don't even have experience in management field) so they can't answer ur questions regarding company policies. 10. Management job is to do gossips related to their personal life in office.
