I have so many opportunities within BT to explore the company and develop myself on a personal and professional level. You receive support for this and everyone is friendly and honest about it.

Sometimes it is hard to connect with the senior management. That may be because I haven't worked for BT for very long, but currently I feel disconnected from the higher management.
