-High performers will be noticed; however there is a risk you'll become overloaded. -Able to gain high visibility within the organisation. -Very flat hierarchy, management are approachable. -Is a great learning opportunity, a good place for problem solvers to thrive (although making any significant progress may be limited).

Svantaggi

-No real focus on the customer. -Even the most basic IT working practices are decades behind the curve. -Stress levels and burnout is common. -Lack of experience in delivering services: BT Global Services consists of many staff who have spent their entire career within the company and are unaware/unwilling to adapt. -If customer facing, being the face of the services can at times be humiliating. -When it comes down to the crunch, most staff and management don't have a passion for delivering quality service.

We ensure all of our work is focussed around the customer and are passionate to provide them with the best services and we are always looking to update the technology we use to keep us as up to date as possible.
