BT is going backwards! They want everyone back in the offices even though it’s been proven during the pandemic that the work was still consistent and no changes. They are always cutting jobs decreasing people’s salaries when moving them about no real ability to progress if you accept a team leaders role expect to be on the same salary but with more stress. Always giving training but pointless as only useful for BT
