Pay is poor. They claim that the "yearly" payrise is a reward, when in actual fact it's an attempt to keep up with inflation. A poor attempt at that! The people framework is far too restrictive and the lack of change is pushing the younger worker's out. If it continues, once the current generation retires there will be no BT!
