You disappointed BT! - Recensione dipendente - Team Leader presso BT Group

BT recently laid off 1000+ employees {more in pipeline}. The CEO visited India and job layoffs followed. The work was transited to previous vendors which led massive job losses. There was no effort made by the senior management to save layoffs as they are busy saving theirs. The entire top brass of Openreach was laid off including AD's and OM's as they were busy partying for the last 3 1/2 years with no major wins/transitions. This has left the entry level employees stranded and frustrated.
