-The Risk and compliance underpaid, undervalued, and overworked. -Family business pretending to be a fintech, with nothing innovative or revolutionary to contribute. -The Risk and Compliance team is treated has the lowest level of a company's organizational structure, even the marketing intern gets more facetime with management -Fake virtue signalling, management is all talk about diversity in the workplace but there is only four women in an organisation of +40 males, not to mention 96% of headcount are Caucasian, -Promises of further education and development but management are unkept, you'll learn more about crypto-compliance from LinkedIn Learning than BTCM. -The only thing that's "immutable" [other than Bitcoin] is BTC Market's internal systems and inept management.

- Crypto is a great industry - Interesting work and a chance to set the paradigm - Some talented and awesome people - A great opportunity to make a difference in a fledgling company and industry - Directors are decent people

- Senior management was once knowledgable and treated staff well, but was driven out by toxic and incompetent people - Imagine a fintech run by people who have no experience, knowledge or interest in finance or technology - Decent staff who stand up to management are/were either sacked or bullied into leaving - Directors won't address repeated instances of serious misconduct in senior management - Culture is horrific and this comes from the top. Senior management are concerned only with self-preservation and this occurs at the expense of staff and the business - Outlook for the company is poor. The strategic direction is unimaginative and short-sighted and it's only a matter of time before this company becomes another startup cautionary tale in what bad hires can do to a company
