      Can't think of one. I do not consider money being a pro. They pay well but the con's overshadow anything remotely good about this company.

      Verbally abusive CEO. The two partners fight with each other like school girls. The CEO is a horrible person. The company has very high turnover due to people walking away because of the the constant verbal abuse directly or indirectly by the CEO. I will never in my life advise any person to work in this environment. It is something that I have never seen before in my professional career. I am actually understating my experience on this site. Stay away from this company. The money is not worth abuse.

      Changes in leadership has been an incredibly positive thing for BTQ. The company continues to grow in more ways than one and takes its employees seriously. It’s a great time to be a part of an organization where you can have a voice during a time of inspiring change. Very skilled, supportive coworkers and a real team environment. Supporting nonprofits is a rewarding career.

      Long hours, some staff are overextended. Pay is good, but poor benefits detract. No 401K match and high healthcare premiums almost cancel out base salaries.
