Changes in leadership has been an incredibly positive thing for BTQ. The company continues to grow in more ways than one and takes its employees seriously. It’s a great time to be a part of an organization where you can have a voice during a time of inspiring change. Very skilled, supportive coworkers and a real team environment. Long hours, some staff are overextended. Pay is good, but poor benefits detract. No 401K match and high healthcare premiums almost cancel out base salaries.
