The majority of the people are lovely and care about each other and therefore the socials can be fun, and the company trips are brilliant.

Micro managing, intense work loads, and a very intense CEO. Some areas of the business can feel cliquey. The environment within the office clearly changes when the CEO is onsite. He seems to cause a lot of anxiety within certain areas of the business. I think he genuinely wants a nice culture at BWP but ironically he is the one slowing the progress. As a company management and culture needs to be revisited and improved rather than talked about as a benefit of the company . A huge part of this is the lack of a HR so there is very little support.
