      Beautiful facility and outstanding equipment. Very professional in some ways and not so much in others (see cons). Great benefits and perks such as bonuses and profit sharing. Generous holidays and time off.

      Because of its traditional structure, there is not a lot of room to move up within this organization. Also, and rather unfortunately if I'm being brutally honest here, it can be a bit tough to be a woman and work in this industry... and at this company. I won't go into too much detail but let's just say there are some condescending and immature individuals you may encounter.

      The company carries many team building events throughout the year and has status in the industry for it's time in business.

      -EXTREMELY low pay compared to the market average -Several associates work remotely on a full time basis but management does not allow for new hires/other current employees to work remotely. Lack of fairness that causes issues between the folks that are remote and those that are not. -Lack of direction. Lots of meetings so management seems like it’s involved, but zero follow up after those meetings. -Heavy push for use of AI -Massive lack of diversity - HR consists of ONE person
