1. Very good working environment. 2. Excellent communication. 3. Very good salary. 4. Working from home which gives you the opportunities to create your own schedule.

I honestly cannot think of anything. I have worked for at least 4 projects with Babelscape. If I had to say something that would be the small delay in processing the payment. But given what I mentioned in the pros section I believe it's not important.

Stipendio (anche se nella media agli stipendi italiani) e forse l'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata (è una considerazione personale).
