      E.I.'s need more training which was not offered, too many out of pocket expenses for materials without reimbursement, difficult to work up to a full-time caseload, did not feel appreciated as an employee.

      Dear former employee, Your dedication and work is highly valued by us. No sure what are you referring about the benefits can be more. We do offer PTO, health insurance, 10 + payed holidays, 401k. Continue education stipend. And productivity bonus.       1) Lack of staff appreciation -no thank you's, lack of support , no bonuses or incentives 2)Lack of training, supervision. 3)No career growth.
