During my time here at Back in Black I have grown both as a person and a professional. I love the people that I work with and the changing culture and size of the company. Back in Black offers great benefits and incentives without that stuffy large corporation feel. The management team always has an open door for their employees and is supportive and responsive to feedback. I enjoy the challenges and variety of tasks, every day I am given the opportunity and freedom to use my creativity to problem solve. The large and expanding diversity of clients and products we get to work with keeps things fresh and new. There are regular fun events and activities for employees which are fun and keep the atmosphere light. Working at Back in Black has been a great experience for me; I would recommend it!

I wouldn't say that I have any except that the soap in the restroom dries out my hands.

Very well maintained warehouse, nice modern building

Very much a high school clique atmosphere. The "managers" are nothing more than baby sitters who micromanage you instead of developing you. They show special bias and treat certain employees with respect for no apparent reason. Total negativity in team meetings, no vision to bring morale up. You have no freedoms- its slavery. If you get up to stretch you will be scolded at. If you are one word of their "script" you will be yelled at in front of everyone in a closed door meeting. It was a humiliating experience
