      Thank you for your feedback! We aim to balance out some of the work tasks with employee engagement efforts and an enjoyable atmosphere. Our managers are an important aspect of our teams' experience at Backhaul Direct and we are glad that throughout your time at BHD you were able to learn from the management team. We do strive to stay competitive with the compensation market relative to the requirements and expectations for each role.

      Great work/life balance, flexible with scheduling and coworkers are nice people, work load itself is straight forward.

      Benefits were cut after two years of working for the company. Also haven’t received a raise in two years with extra work added on.

      The place has a lot of really good people

      Management is terrible. They pay 2 sales people crazy money while operations do all the work. Most of management has no idea how to actually lead and are a joke to the rest of the office. No one gets raises and commissions keep getting cut.
