Company can do better, and used to!! - Recensione dipendente - School Bus Driver presso Badger Bus

Due to covi d and the driver shortage, we now have 3 routes for morning and 3 for evening, which used to be 2 and 2. We received a small pay increase and thought would be great. After doing routes I learned that each of our 3 routes has also been blended with another route from the same school, meaning we are really doing 6 am and 6 pm routes, but only getting paid for 3 and 3. Also, they did not coordinate the stops, so routes have bad directions making us ping pong to same stops multiple times per route. Bad coordination!! Dishonest pay!!
