They share information with employees, listen to their ideas. Management trusts employees to manage their own time. Pay is decent and they give good benefits. They think about their carbon footprint, they come up with creative ways to support local projects or small businesses, they actively promote volunteerism among their employees. Some employees have been with the organization for more than 10 years. Seem to be stuck in their old ways technology wise. New employees are compared to former employees ("So and so used to do it that way.").
