I've worked in this company for almost 3 years, and things have only gotten worse. At first it was very good but now it's just a mess. Leadership team has betrayed most of their most loyal and hard-working employees. They don't care about the people working in the company, and they won't hesitate to backstab any of them if needed. I saw them doing this many times.
