FAs and management can be very under appreciative of assistants. Medical sucks. Employees who have been there forever basically get away with murder with no negative ramifications. A few assistants are expected to carry the whole office while others do nothing. Satellite offices basically get bopkus. If you're going to work for Baird do it in Milwaukee. Pay is terrible.
