Very competitive and sometimes gets toxic (expectation of 7am to 7pm year-round), not enough training for managers on how manage talent and teams, and a lackluster commitment to diversity from senior management. As an LGBTQ+ associate, they love to put your name on a poster but not as psyched to review their healthcare options for trans folk, or branding themselves as progressive yet silent on things such as the Don't Say Gay bill.
