Pay is not competitive Hours are long DOR and ADOR's are a little clueless of what's going on day to day with analysts / associates (many people complaining - comp and long hours) Don't pay for parking Really no unique perks at all - office is boring, dry, and outdated Department communication is poor / inconsistent / disorganized Wouldn't recommend overall
