At first, the culture was supportive and fostered learning from peers. Good onboarding process with plenty of time to learn the ropes.

Lack of real feedback, managers just tell you you're doing poorly but they don't actually tell you where you're failing or how to improve. Culture became very toxic after a few rounds of mass layoffs. Gag culture, where talking about bad things happening gets you a warning instead of support. They forced us to install a plugin that collected all of our LinkedIn contacts, and I think that is incredibly invasive.
