Hiring process is tedious and really long.
They didn’t had any benefits, few PTO.
Management is just a mess, for some reason it takes a lot of time for them to do something, they won’t give you any answers. I gave my resignation notice with 2 and half weeks, they asked for a couple of days to make a counter offer which it never happened, they also asked me not to tell anything to the client but they didn’t tell them anything either. I realized that they wanted to make it seem like it was a lack of professionalism from my side (leaving without noticing and rejecting counter offers). Gladly I talked to the client before hand and they were able to take some measurements about it.
I still get contacted by their recruiters for open roles and none of them know that I used to work there
