I don't really have any cons but overall BairesDev is a great opportunity to develop your career. If you are a person who cannot handle 100% remote work it can be an inconvenience.

The entire process (although long) was smooth; I was assigned a client, a team, and onboarding.

Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
