Everyone can speak English pretty well, so things don't get lost in translation. The marketing team doesn't have a ton of meetings, which is great, because Zoom fatigue can be a real drain on productivity. There are lots of established SOPs and guidelines (so onboarding is smooth), but also the teams are very dynamic, and willing to pivot and adapt as business goals change. This is pretty important to me, too - I love working in fast-paced environments and solving unique business challenges.
