BairesDev has a staff that is continuously taking care of the engineers. They care about your health and specially mental health (maybe because I was the entire pandemic working with them). When I got sick, and was not able to work, they paid me my entire salary. I really enjoyed working there.

The entire process (although long) was smooth; I was assigned a client, a team, and onboarding.

Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
