She gives fair salaries even to entry-level positions.

The owner/management is rude, and hostile, making things difficult for everyone especially when she is around. She is bossy in a very negative way and treats her staff like trash. Nobody deserves to be treated the way she does. Staffs are all scared when she is around. Everyone doesn't need to work strategically just look busy and make sure she can see you then you're safe. There is no transparency in tip distribution. Some staff cut cakes bigger just to get all cakes sold out at the earliest time possible. The bakers are scared too. They are like slaves.

Tips are good but if you are not one of the favorites you get lesser tips than the others. You can take home free cakes.

most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked with. I can’t believe that this kind of work place exist. I strongly do not recommend this place. Management was disspointing. Staff are lazy not sure about the new ones. People are unapproachable. No standard means everything is messed up. Don’t be deceive by the manager on your interview. she’s really unprofessional and racist.
