I have never felt more hated and bullied by a group of people than I did while I was working for Baker Donelson. I was piped right after pregnancy loss. A partner from this firm also reached out to my current employer to try and have me fired from my job after I left the firm. While I was working for Baker Donelson, that same partner would talk badly about me loudly enough for the entire firm to hear, and when I told my manager about that, she told me to close my door and put my headphones on. The same partner also told me that I could choose between being a mom or keeping my career, and that's ok. When I brought my concerns up to HR, they were not taken seriously. If you enjoy workplace harassment, bullying, and pregnancy discrimination, I encourage you to go work for Baker Donelson.
