Decent company to work for pre-pandemic - Recensione dipendente - Associate presso Baker Tilly

-Little to no communication since working remote made it hard to learn/be efficient -Hands-off approach from senior management when dealing with how pandemic affected work life (threw gift cards our way as a distraction only because they were saving money from employees not traveling) -Oblivious senior management (i.e., our numbers are better than ever, seems that people are being more productive with the remote environment (while they got to go to an office or had a huge home office), etc.) -Too much in-your-face social agenda that accomplished nothing
