If you are an administrative professional, stay clear of this company. Management is horrible. They created something called ARC - Administrative Resource Center. This is an area on the company intranet. It’s all a sham. They created this site and puffed it all up as a place to go to for answers. They are only interested in themselves. If you ask a question about a process, you are told you are being a bother. There is not a caring person there. If you have concerns, you are referred to a People Solutions specialist. These people are so lame, you ask for legitimate assistance, and they basically tell you that they either “don’t have any visibility into that” or “I can’t speak to that” USELESS. There is no synergy amongst admins, nobody ever offers to help. Thank you is never in the vocabulary, as well as please. is A nasty person who has such a pathetic life, takes their misery out on the staff. They enjoy gaslighting people. They constantly talks smack aimed at the partners to the admin team. Such an insubordinate move. They verbally abuse the admin team. If they are in a bad mood, they set the tone for the whole day. They pay employees a low wage which is based out of the corporate office in Madison, WI. Not realistic if you live in CA or LA. There is no mobility. Look for a company who values their admin staff - at BT, the admins do all the work of a Jr. tax accountant. They are the ones who process all the tax returns coming into the office! Not too sure if clients would be happy about that.
