I'm on the tax side and I think we are trying to improve a lot of processes like scheduling and standardized workpapers plus others so this has been a big transition year that comes with a lot of issues but I'm optimistic it will help in the future. I feel like we've been trying to play catch up in some areas in the industry so I hope we can become more forward thinking than reactive.
