It may have just been my team, but management was horrible. Worked me 12-13 hours a day because we were understaffed. I had to work weekends and holidays on top of that. Had no set guidelines or expectations to follow but then would get upset when we didn't meet their 'expectations'. Management did not know how to effectively manage and there was constant miscommunication between managers. Management did not provide adequate instruction or guidance on anything. Any little mistake you make will be broadcasted to the entire team regardless of whether or not they are apart of that project.
