Terrible management. They don’t care about employees at all, which is evident via annually decreasing profit sharing (even as record results are reached...), cancellation of monthly birthday celebrations, and extreme downscaling of holiday party. Turnover is massive due to moody managers and management politics. Massive HR issues were present during my time with the company, which were swifting pushed under the metaphorical rug.
