Training isn’t good Small lunch break

A lot of respect for the owners who did look after staff over lockdown

No progression and no recognition for previous experience in the industry thus leading you to have no real authority in your day to day role. Good starting point for people new to the industry but for those that have experience or want to progress I am not sure.
